Lift Lab, Rayleigh
A coached strength-and-conditioning gym running structured twelve-week training blocks. We designed and built its one-page site: the programme, the session types, membership pricing and a free-week sign-up, all on a single page that loads fast on a phone.
Letts Perform Physiotherapy, Rayleigh
A specialist musculoskeletal and sport physiotherapy practice run by an HCPC-registered tendon specialist, working out of Lift Lab in Rayleigh and from two London locations. A one-page build setting out the specialism, the credentials and where each clinic runs.
Both are live sites you can go and look at, and both were delivered from Devon on calls and shared previews. We are deliberately not attaching ranking, traffic or revenue figures to either — naming what we built is a claim we can stand behind, and inventing what it produced is not.
What Does SEO in Essex Actually Involve?
Three strands of work, every month, in the order they usually matter for a business trading in the county.

The map results belong to Essex addresses
When we captured the Essex search on 29 August 2026 there was a three-business local pack, held by firms with verified Essex addresses. Those slots are decided by where a business actually is, which is how they should work, and we do not compete for them. Your own address still decides your map results. Ours does not. The organic results underneath are a different contest, decided by the pages themselves, and that is the one we are in.
