HOW WE CONTACT YOU

How we contact you

We only ever email you from an @brambla.co.uk address (usually hello@brambla.co.uk), and by phone on 020 8050 2803.

• We never email you from a Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo or other personal/free email address.
• We never ask for urgent payments, domain renewals or bank-detail changes by email.
• If we look after your domain as part of your plan, we renew it for you — you won't be asked to act urgently to keep your site online.
• We build on Next.js, never WordPress — if a message pushes a “WordPress update”, it isn't from us.

A current scam to watch for

We're aware of an email currently circulating that impersonates our founder, Sam Butcher, and targets Brambla clients. If you've received a message matching this description, it is not from us:

• Sent from sam.bramble.co.uk@gmail.com — note the misspelling (“bramble” with an e) and that it's a Gmail address, not @brambla.co.uk
• Subject line: “Important Domain Renewal Notice”
• Claims your domain must be renewed before 28 September or your site will go offline
• Pitches SEO, CRO, speed and security “updates”, and WordPress work — we don't build on WordPress, so any offer of WordPress updates is an immediate red flag

If you see this email, or anything like it, it did not come from Brambla.

What to do if you get one

• Don't reply, click any links, or pay anything.
• Forward it to report@phishing.gov.uk — the UK's National Cyber Security Centre — then delete it.
• If you've already paid or shared bank details, call your bank straight away, and report it to Action Fraud on 0300 123 2040.
