LIVE50 TERMS

The full terms of the LIVE50 plan. We've written this in plain English so there are no surprises.

Last updated: 15 July 2026

These terms apply to the LIVE50 plan (“the Plan”) provided by SDB Digital Ltd, trading as Brambla (“we”, “us”, “Brambla”). By signing up via DM, WhatsApp, email, or any other channel, you accept the terms below.

1. The plan in plain English

  • Free build. We design and build a multi-page website (5+ pages) for your business at no upfront cost to you.
  • Free first month. Your first 30 days after the site goes live are free.
  • £50/month from month 2. The site is then billed at £50 (GBP) per month, on rolling 30-day billing, via Stripe.
  • No contract. No minimum term. No setup fee. Cancel anytime from the next billing cycle.

2. What's included

The £50/month covers us running the whole thing for you:

  • Managed hosting infrastructure (Vercel)
  • SSL certificate
  • CDN delivery
  • Daily backups
  • Uptime monitoring
  • A working contact form and first-party visitor tracking
  • Email support for hosting and uptime issues
  • Domain pointing. Whether you already own a domain or you buy a fresh one yourself, we point it at our hosting at no extra cost. You'll just need to give us DNS access or login when the site is ready to go live.
  • Up to 3 minor content edits per month. Phone number changes, opening hours updates, single-line copy tweaks, 1-for-1 image swaps. Batched weekly.

Ongoing growth work — new pages, blog posts, location pages, fresh content and copywriting — is the job of our SEO Care service, not the £50 plan. The £50 keeps your site built, hosted and running; SEO Care is what actively grows it.

3. What's NOT included

The following are out of scope of the £50/month plan:

  • E-commerce, online booking, or payment processing
  • Custom integrations (CRMs, third-party APIs, etc.)
  • A blog or content-managed section. A blog can be added as a one-off, chargeable build add-on. Once it's in place, ongoing posts and location pages are produced through SEO Care.
  • Email hosting / mailboxes. These are billed separately — we can set up and resell Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes, priced per mailbox.
  • Design changes, new pages, new sections or full content rewrites beyond the agreed build and the 3 monthly minor edits (these are quoted, or covered by SEO Care)
  • Domain registration fees. If you don't have a domain and don't want to buy one yourself, we'll register one on your behalf and invoice it separately at cost (typically £8–£15/year depending on extension, no markup). The domain stays in your name.

4. As your site grows

LIVE50 comfortably covers a normal business-sized site. As it grows, the plan can step up.

If your site grows into a much larger one — in the region of 40+ pages — or once your blog and case studies move onto a proper content database to manage them all, the plan steps up to £70/month (LIVE70). This is a milestone that means things are going well, and we'll always talk it through with you before anything changes.

5. Cancellation — please read

The website is part of the service. If you cancel, the site comes down.

Your site will remain live until the end of the current 30-day billing period. After that, the site, its hosting, its SSL certificate and its associated infrastructure are taken offline.

The site, its code, and its design are not transferable to another host or another developer. The build is provided at no upfront cost in exchange for running the finished site on our infrastructure — that's what makes the £0-upfront build possible.

If you change your mind: you can re-subscribe at any time. We'll bring the site back online at the same address (subject to your domain still being available) for the same £50/month — no rebuild needed.

If you need a site you can self-host or hand to another team: that's our Custom Website service (from £2,500+). At that tier we deliver the full codebase and you can host wherever you like — usually the right product for larger businesses with internal tech teams or specific hosting requirements.

6. How cancellation works

  • Cancel anytime via the Stripe customer portal link in your billing emails, by replying to any of our emails, by WhatsApp, or by emailing hello@brambla.co.uk.
  • Your site stays live until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't take it down mid-month.
  • No refunds on partial months — you get the full 30 days you've paid for.
  • After the final billing period ends, the site, hosting, SSL and infrastructure are taken down within 7 days.

7. Build process and approval

  • After sign-up we'll email you for the essentials: business name, location, what you do, the pages you want, a phone number for enquiries, and any existing online presence (social profiles, current website, photo folder) so we can pull content for the build.
  • We build a draft of your site and send you a live preview URL.
  • You get one round of revisions across the pages: photos, copy, colours, layout adjustments. Anything reasonable.
  • You approve, we point your domain at the new site (you'll need to provide DNS access or login), and the site goes live.
  • Your free first month starts the day the site goes live on your domain.
  • If you don't want to go ahead after seeing the preview, that's fine — no payment, no obligation, preview URL is taken down.

8. Content and intellectual property

  • You own all content you provide (text, photos, logos, brand assets).
  • Brambla retains ownership of the site's code, design templates, and underlying infrastructure for the duration of the subscription.
  • You're responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you supply.
  • We may include a discreet “Built by Brambla” credit in the site footer.

9. Payments

  • All billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
  • The first month is genuinely free. After you've approved the preview and we're ready to push the site live on your domain, we'll send you a Stripe link to set up the subscription. Card details are required at that point but no charge will be taken until 30 days after your site goes live.
  • From month 2, £50/month is charged on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
  • Any add-ons (a blog build, extra mailboxes, work beyond the plan) are quoted and invoiced separately, and SEO Care is billed as its own subscription.
  • Failed payments: we'll retry the card automatically. After 7 days of failed payments, the site will be taken offline. We'll email you before this happens.
  • VAT: prices are inclusive of any applicable UK VAT.

10. Acceptance, fit, and refusal

We reserve the right to decline any LIVE50 request — typically because the use case isn't a fit for this tier. If we decline, we'll tell you straight away and recommend the right product. We'll never take payment for a project we can't deliver well.

11. Liability

We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee 100% availability — hosting is provided on a best-effort basis. We're not liable for lost revenue, lost leads, or other consequential losses arising from downtime, delays, or service interruption. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the total fees you've paid us in the previous 12 months.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change (e.g. a price change), we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. You're free to cancel before the change applies.
