What does the £50/mo actually cover?▾

We build it, run it and look after it. The £50/month covers the whole site running for you — hosting, security, backups, your contact form, visitor tracking and support — plus up to three minor content edits a month. It is not a server bill; it is us keeping your site live and working.

How does the build work?▾

We design and build your multi-page site for no upfront cost. Your first month is free too. From month 2 it is £50/month on rolling 30-day billing through Stripe — no 12-month contract, no setup fee, cancel anytime from the next billing cycle.

What happens if I cancel?▾

Honest answer: your site comes down at the end of the current billing period. The site is part of the service we run — it's not transferable to another host. You can re-subscribe anytime and we'll bring it back. If you need a site you can self-host or hand to another team, that's our Custom Website service (from £2,500+). Can I have a blog?▾

Yes — a blog (or a case-studies section) can be added as a one-off, chargeable build. Once it's in place, writing the ongoing posts and location pages is the job of our SEO Care service. The £50 keeps the site running; SEO Care is what actively grows it.

What about email addresses?▾

Business mailboxes (you@yourbusiness.co.uk) are billed separately — we can set up and manage Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for you, priced per mailbox. They're not bundled into the £50, so you only pay for the mailboxes you actually need.

What's NOT included?▾

E-commerce, online booking, payment processing and custom integrations aren't part of this plan. If you need those, our Custom Website service is the right fit. LIVE50 is a proper multi-page site, built and run for you month to month.

What if it grows into something bigger?▾

Good problem to have. If your site grows into a much larger one — in the region of 40+ pages, or once your blog and case studies move onto a managed content database — the plan steps up to £70/month (LIVE70). Traffic matters too: a smaller site pulling thousands of visits a month performs better with a database behind it, so we may recommend LIVE70 sooner. We'll always talk it through with you before anything changes.
