What Web Design Services Does Brambla Offer?
Brambla is a web design studio in Northlew, Devon, building websites for businesses across the UK. There are three ways to get one. On a LIVE plan the build is free and you pay £30 to £90 a month while we run the site. The 7 Day Website is £1,200 to £1,800 and goes live in seven working days. A Custom Website is £2,500 to £8,000+, with a CMS and integrations.
Every Brambla site is custom-built, with mobile-first layouts and an SEO-ready structure: Next.js for brochure sites, Shopify for online shops. The 7 Day Website needs a WebsiteCare plan, billed separately each month, to keep the site secure and supported; on a Custom Website it is optional, or you can host it yourself. A LIVE plan's monthly price covers everything.
We're based in Devon and work with businesses across the South West and the rest of the UK, from Cornwall to Kent and London. Not sure which suits you? Tell us about your business. If a smaller option would do the job just as well, we'll say so.

Who Designs and Builds Your Website?
You deal with Sam and Harriet, who run Brambla. The person you speak to is the person doing the work: no account managers, no junior handoffs and no outsourced contractors.
We don't build on WordPress or template site builders. We do use AI tools as part of the work, the way any modern developer uses auto-complete, and every design and every line is still directed and reviewed by a person. Our How We Build page explains exactly what that means.

Which website option is right for me?
At Brambla, it comes down to how you'd like to pay and how much the site needs to do. If you'd rather pay nothing up front, a LIVE plan is a free build from £30 a month. If you want a professional site fast and your content is ready, choose the 7 Day Website. If you want to edit your own content, connect other systems or build something bigger, the Custom Website is the better fit.
How much do your web design services cost?
LIVE plans are a free build, then £30, £50, £70 or £90 a month depending on the size of the site. The 7 Day Website is £1,200, £1,500 or £1,800, with payment plans over 3 or 6 months. A Custom Website is £2,500 to £8,000+, with a fixed quote after discovery, and online shops, Shopify included, start from £3,500. All our prices include VAT. The 7 Day Website also needs a WebsiteCare plan, from £65 a month; for a Custom Website it is optional.
How long does a 7 Day Website take?
7 working days from kickoff to launch, as long as your content, logo and brand assets are ready before Day 1. You'll get a simple onboarding checklist when you book.
How long does a Custom Website take?
Most custom websites take 4–8 weeks from discovery to launch, depending on scope and complexity. Larger projects can run beyond 8 weeks.
Do I need a WebsiteCare plan?
For the 7 Day Website, yes. It needs a WebsiteCare plan, billed separately each month, which covers hosting, security, backups, updates and ongoing support: at least WebsiteCare Essential at £65 a month. On a Custom Website it is optional: we can run it on WebsiteCare, or you can host it yourself. If we host it, a small Custom Website can run on Essential; a site of 50 or more pages that needs constant attention or special hosting usually starts at Growth, £125 a month. LIVE plans are different: the monthly price is everything you pay, with no WebsiteCare plan on top.
Can I update my website myself?
On a Custom Website, yes: you get a full CMS. LIVE70 and LIVE90 come with your own CMS login too. The 7 Day Website is a static build for speed and security, so we make content changes for you through WebsiteCare. Every LIVE plan also includes up to 3 minor content edits a month, made by us.
What if I don't have content ready?
Copywriting is available as an add-on for the 7 Day Website and the Custom Website, at £150 per page. We can also send you a content checklist so you can get everything ready before we start.
Do you build websites on WordPress?
No. Our brochure websites are custom-built in Next.js, and online shops run on Shopify. We don't build on WordPress, Squarespace or template site builders.
