Almost no weak links to displace
Around sixteen of the nineteen organic results were purpose-built agency pages, with only a blog post and a listicle interrupting the field. Most search markets we look at have directories, social profiles and abandoned pages to work past. This one barely does.
National networks, already here
The field included a large international agency's Bournemouth page, a UK franchise network's, and at least two multi-location operations publishing an almost identical page for dozens of other towns. That is the same templated approach this page belongs to, run by firms with far bigger budgets.
And the highest click prices we found
Google's advertising data put a single click on this phrase at just under £58 when we checked — the steepest of every SEO term we measured across the south. Nobody bids that unless the customers are worth it, which tells you exactly how hard the organic side is being fought too.
None of that makes the work pointless, and we would not have built this page if we thought it did. For comparison: none of the three pages ranking at the top for SEO in Bournemouth on 29 August 2026 published a standalone monthly figure. The first says its programmes range from a few hundred pounds a month to several thousands — wording the same firm uses on its pages for other towns.
